Is social Media bad for You?

Human beings have two options for living life either to control his emotions or to be controlled by his emotions, there is no other way so whenever somebody says that social media is not good for us, well in that context there are a number of things which needs our attention. Since the time human beings started to become civilized we tried to reach the next level of our consciousness and all the development which we see in the world is the result of that longing to go beyond the limits of human capability, millions of things which were considered impossible before made possible by some passionate people & internet is also a result of the longing to go beyond and explore new powers.
There is nothing wrong with technology because technology is for the convenience of people and human beings have been developing technologies from the begining so its not a new thing.After the dawn of computer and internet the speed of development increased because we are capable of leveraging our work to computers and it is a fact that human beings have done more growth in the last 100 years than in 1000 years and that happened just because of computer & internet, most of the people dont know that how internet has revolutionised the lives of people not only in terms of social media but from every aspect of life. It has accelerated the speed of human evolution.
It depends on us how we use it because no matter what we say the technology is developing so fast that you cant even imagine just for example let me tell you that, now the world has shifted to (AI) Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and the research about these technologies have been going on for a long time and now these technologies are being used by companies, governments in every field and researches are going on different kinds of technologies, so the world is changing very fast so we are left with only two options either to go with it or left behind but one thing is sure here that we cant grow without understanding the impact of technology on Human evolution.
